These are the only sales so far for this hat. Most of the other hats of this type have not moved in a while suggesting they may not be for sale as I see no sales on the V Plasma Snowcapped's page except for "Most Wanted's"
The move from zepar to Solix does not to appear to be trade but instead a move to an alt as no items with value were given for the Snowcapped.
Similar story with Blue Bell Pepper's Snowcapped. It came from a user named "user storage" so it probably wasn't a trade. The compare function also didn't show valued items swapping hands except for the Snowcapped.

I think your mini on the heralds is on the high side here. There is a full page of sellers with varying age at the classifieds:

On the snowcapped itself, I also see a variety of sellers that are below the high end sale - most concerning a five-month unsold at 30. Most of the other ones on the market are probably the result of unlucky hat movement (some seem to have gone through scammers, or they were dumped in bots after being obtained in bulktrades), but 5 months at 30 is a bit concerning. It may mean that the sale at 32 was a lucky one.

I believe it is best to wait for the market to settle on this one. Sale 1 will likely end up somewhere around 22-23, but it may be worth to hold off until the current sellers mature (or sell).
