I bought it for the Purple Fetti Ground Control (Which is also outdated) along with the strange coat and fleece, (which came out to 31.13 keys)

Not gonna Lie it was quite difficult to remember what i actually bought the ground control for.

I bought it for the stormy storm stalhelm, along with the battin a thousand and the hardware. (which comes out to 23.9)

The issue here is that you can't use outdated hats to update other outdated hats. You are updating this hat last priced a year ago with the hound dog which was priced 2 years ago. That will need a proper update before using it to update this hat. The ground control you are using as proof for the value of the hound dog was also priced 10 months ago. We'll need better estimations of value here.

Ghosts Hound Dog has seller at 27 unsold for 2 months. Cannot be valued more than that. Your other purchases here are too old to use as proof of value.
