Well, take it as an inactive seller who is willing to sell for that but never bumps his trades. If this were a case where you were making a new suggestion for 20 keys and he is listing at 16 but inactive, I would have accepted. But the fact that there is a willing seller out there at 16 on a suggestion for 34 makes you want to wait for more sales to see if 34 is an outlier. That's not going to be fair on a suggestion already a month old, so I think it's best to leave it outdated for now.
