Still no recent sales, I'll keep this updated from week to week.
It did resell. Unclear for what. Buyer selling for 17
Not a buy a broker and I have changed the price according to client. Also the advertisement clearly says "brokering"
So now a situation where the person paid 19 in cash but is willing to take 17 keys in pure. Still think 17-19 is more appropriate here.
Mimmy didnt pay 19 in cash. I downgraded it from a cps slo-poke together with the GE Handyman's, quite a lucky deal.
