This one is a little tricky I think...
https://backpack.tf/item/6735841181
It was bought here in the first suggestion for 140 keys

And then he later sold it for $140.00, which is about 78 keys

After that, it sold for a Burning Rifleman https://backpack.tf/item/5366027867
The Rifleman disappeared after that trade, but the receiver does have it https://gyazo.com/20388b73f8ddca3f0eabbe641d93236b
Burning Rifleman is being changed to 194 keys https://backpack.tf/suggestion/5cd43b196780727beb6318a1
Seeing as how the 140 key went and sold it for 78, I don't think either can be used. Using the Rifleman to update this.

new bulky
That is a lot lower than what he paid (or seems to be so)
So based on the above this should most definitely not be updated right now, two times the same scenario where a buyer buys and resells for much lower.
In general Im not a fan of the concept of only using a really high sale when this argument is used on two lower sales, since the issue is usually that one is too high and the ohter is too low, not that both are too low.
But yeah, now that this too was dumped way lower this should clearly remain unupdated.
