Plus, buyers seem to want 36 keys, so it will sell for that much, and the hat remains unsold at 50 keys.

Seems to be an quicksell, so it shouldn't affect your suggestion.

That sale (posted below) seems to be significantly higher than 40 at least, perhaps even around the 52 mark. 40-52 could work here, or perhaps simply a range between that sale and the 52 one, since 40 seems to be old and also seems to have sold to a buyer. Perhaps an indication the market was really bad at that time.
That's a pretty big range
If you feel 40-52 is too big you'll have to research the sale from the comments below and use that to make a range. 40 flat definitely does not work.
