b/o caps arent necessary for pure sales.

^This is true. The reason we use B/Os to cap sales is to find their "pure" values, and in this case there is no need fo that, as it sold for 42 keys. B/O might have been changed before the sale, or the buyer just added more keys by mistake, who knows. Either way, 40-42 should be okay.
