This hat is likely going to die in its new backpack, current owner isn't a collector-persay, but he holds great value to his items and would avoid selling them at all costs. And now that he has his dream effect (IE Darkblaze) I seriously don't think this 1-1 is ever going anywhere else (unless it gets scammed which I hope never happens)
