Average between 12 and 15 is 13.5, so new minimum should be at least 13.5 keys, with the maximum being 15 keys.

You don't need to take the average between 12 and 15, if it sold for 12 and sold for 15, then the price range is 12-15, as both are usable sales. Minimum is 12, maximum is 15. So unfortunately, your suggestion is incorrect.

Explain why the minimum should be average while the maximum be the high end.

12 keys and 15 keys should be 12-15.

Considering Starstorm insomnia is on average cheaper than powersurge and electrostatic which are respectively 14 and 17 keys for this hat, I don't think a 13.5 average is justified, and may be a bit high.

You even acknowledge your suggestion is wrong and even include a redirect to serp's suggestion. Closing.
