Im a bit bothered by the fact that in the months before (not even that far before the first sale), this was relatively stable at ~30-35$. Along with the fact that theres a current seller at ~45$ makes me think this is too high.
I just follow the evidence. This is after what the suggested price would be.
I'm also just going by the evidence I see - in the time frame these sales were made (be aware youre using sales from ~March), there were a couple of other sales around 30 bucks, which is significantly lower. Between the sales there was a lower sale, and even right now sellers indicate this is too high.
Even if we look at trends before this - in the suggestion, only the very highest two sales in a whole year are used. While this is not necessarily a dealbreaker, it is another indicator that over a very long time, data points consistently point out a lower value than the suggested one.
With what I've seen here it is probably best to leave this price based on the SCM.
Taking sales from March onward
Of the 3 most recent sales, the 19 dollar one is an obvious quicksell considering how 2 had sold for 60.57 and 60.59
60.57 / 2.33 is 25.99 keys, rounding up
