Vrakos is right, not sure where you're getting 10 from.

Additionally, there's a LOT more sales, you can't just include a single sale when pricing, you must include ALL recent sales within 90 days for unusual pricing. This includes mp.tf, direct trades, or steam market. Even if the sale is unusable, include it, but indicate why it is unusable (bulk, untrace, etc)
