All the sales at 68, and several at the 60+ range, the ones that went to quickbuyers, all occurred way too long ago when buyers were at almost 70 keys. Given sellers are now lower than these sales to quickbuyers, they should definitely be exluded if they are higher than the sellers we have now. Excluding 63+.

Sales at 53 and 56 were also quicksales and sales that went to quickbuyers, but sellers have dropped even further now, peaking at ~49 keys. Keeping 53, excluding 49.

Going with 53-61.
