Sale 2 is much lower, Handle is indate at 32, and theres a seller at 17 on the football helm, so thats ~49

id still exclude sale 2 unless the football has a sale, id keep it at 60 and call it better than current price

The point he's making is that it isn't better than current price. Two current sellers for that at 19 means that sale is not more than 50 and 50-60 here is better than 60 flat or the current range.
