Given unsolds, taking 40 keys flat

excluding marketplace sale feels harsh, cap at sellers or wait for more sales

Year unsold at 65, that SCREAMS high. 40 flat is safe here given sellers and unsolds.

Capping at sellers isn't a thing. You can't have sales at 40, 67, then call that 67 key sale 50 keys because there's a seller at 50 keys even though there was no sale at 50.

Either way, I'm fine with the drop here.
