sales at 75, 88, and 120. 75 and 88 are low due to buyers. there is a seller at 110, and a sale at 120 remaining. taking a range of 110-120 keys.

In summary, sale 1 is still capped at 120.

As a rule of thumb: never make a suggestion with a seller as low end when you exclude low outliers (unless there's a very appealing reason to, like a clearly needed drop). Based on these data points, 120 is also a likely outlier.

With what I see here I believe this is best left outdated.

Well there was an appealing reason, there are multiple buyers at higher. There still is.

However, after a month, obviously the market changes.

But since the new buyer purchased, and then dumped it off, I would agree, this should be kept outdated for now.
