All sales for this hat were done 4-5 years ago or were untracable, the exception being a shark offer and my own purchase:

Total: 21+13+14= 48 keys

Edit: there was another sale this year on March 2019 but I've excluded it as it seemed a bit too far away from the price range of the other 2 sales.

Sale 3: Strange Purple Confetti Tundra Top (21 keys)+ Cloud 9 Whirly Warrior (22 keys)+ DBD Buccaneer's Bicorne (23 keys)

Cheers.

Let me know if I should include the 3rd sale btw, not too sure if I should or not

This won't change the outcome of the suggestion as 12.5 would've rounded up to 13 regardless, but just for future reference:

Taking sales as a high end for minis is not a good idea, and is something that people like to call "capping with unsolds".

At that point you're giving too much benefit of the doubt to the seller that they're actually able to sell for that much. There's essentially no proof for the high end simply because the seller is a seller, and not a sale. And most of the time it seems to stay that way.

Other than that small detail, this looks good to go!
