45 is a fair bit older than the other sales we have, and is significantly higher than two of the current sellers, one of them being a month unsold at least. Excluding 45.

Keeping 41, as it’s the lowest point we have that didn’t go to a quickbuyer. Keeping 35 as there is currently only one quickbuyer at 35, the next highest being 31, and because the next highest sale is higher than sellers.
