Let it banana
Was on my phone so didn't really explain. Two things-
1. You excluded two sales 17 due to buyers at 17. By that same rationale, two sales at 26 could be excluded given sellers for less. No reason for buyers to be valued more than sellers.
2. The East German Olympic Figure Skating rule is a real principle of statistics. During the cold war, East Germany sent a judge for figure skating who would always given themselves and the soviets a 10/10 but the Western block countries low scores due to their inherent bias. To eliminate bias in general, the olympic rule committee said that for all figure skating events, they would throw out both the lowest and the highest scores. In science, we do it all the time when you collect data for an experiment. If there is a clear outlier data value from your experiment, it's generally good practice not to throw out one data point that opposes your hypothesis but rather to eliminate one data point on either end for "fairness." It's that principle I look for in suggestions all the time. It's generally a red flag when suggesters are only counting outliers on one end of the range and not the other.
26 is a lot farther from the other sales anyways.
