Just barely in-date for the Isotope Rocket, sale ends up being around 196/200 keys

Except for the fact that there was a downpayment of a dupe misty l'inspecteur + some keys

the sale for the isotope rocket is still in-date

his point is that the sale ends up much higher than just ~200.

Hm, i missed it being a dupe. My bad.

However, it doesn't look like the Whirly has other usable sales, and the sale itself would definitely end up low.
