where I can get that info? I always remove my listings instantly when I sell my items and when I have time I make suggestions

You can check google cache. I used bot.tf's item statistics.

https://bot.tf/stats/item - fill in the hat and it'll generate a bunch of dates if there were bot.tf bots selling/buying. If a hat sells on the 20th for example, you can check the dates before that if there was a B/O.
