Why is the rotation sale better used there

There are only 4 sales on the rotation including the beak.

First sold for 56 keys then re-sold for 42 keys few weeks later and other is bulk, better use this on rotation and cap it with jarool's b/o - https://bot.tf/stats/listings/MQ6LVG1M

but i guess with buyers at 56 that might work
