July 16, 2019 sold for $41.93 / 1.83 = 23 keys

This war paint consistently sells for ~23 key range, the April 29th sale for $69.99 is clearly an outlier.

Have you checked SCM?

It goes like 30 dollars(not exact because I use different currency) on both August 3rd and 10th, which are the most recent sales I can find.

When I first made this suggestion, there were no noteworthy SCM sales to mention. I guess now that there are, I actually have to do something.

there's a seller on scm at 19~ keys so that should be included in the range here
