This was only for sale for around less than 2ish weeks iirc, for a hat of this tier thats easily a QS especially with the discount, better to just wait till it resells.

To be fair, I'm not sure he had it listed under 1999 until today (he only posted about it on Discord once today).

He advertised it as "selling really cheap," but never said this cheap, just that he needed Keys ASAP.
