It’s a soldier cosmetic, which increases its value. Duh.

It’s a gen 3 effect, but since USA, money, and military all go hand in hand with each other, it’s not a stretch to say that it’s a themed cosmetic.

Overall it’s a pretty good unusual that’s themed, so it deserves to be at least 20 keys.

You need sales, not "themes," to raise the value of an Unusual.
