I'd like to point out that ive been offered this hat + a c9 bomber bucket hat for an mg bicorne i had listed at 50k, which strongly goes against this raise

why has this not gotten accepted? its a solid sale and the owner wont sell it and the only one in 2 years

30+ days is good to wait because this was a higher-end sale for a hat of this tier and effect, so mods want to see if the buyer would sell it again or have some buyer's remorse, etc. etc.

This means exactly what I said it does.

If someone purchases an item for a high amount, they might feel regret, AKA buyer's remorse, causing them to resell the item, usually at a price much lower than paid for. This is one of the reasons why mods wait as long as they do.

30 key raise? While bots are buying for 16k i'd say atleast it should be raised to somewhere in the region of 30-40k im gonna down vote it.

I never said it would be based on what i think it would be worth. Im just saying even though only 2 of them exist and there have been sales of 50 i dont feel like the price should be raised up so high, maybe we could give it a little bit of time at first i feel like 33k would be a more fitting price mainly because of the fact that even though it got sold for 50 keys it shouldnt be raised immediatly to 50k. Take this for a example if you sold your taunt lets say the High Five taunt for 1 key you wouldnt be able to raise it to one key because there are bots buying for 35 ref and people are selling and bots are selling for 36-38 refined.

That's a common item. This has 2 in existence and neither are selling, just because it's a crazy sale it doesn't mean it's not valid

Unusuals that don't have many in existence have unstable prices because you don't have many options of who to buy from. Therefore these sales accurately represent the unusual's value.

Uh yeah. No. It is way outdated price but this isn't something to consider a whole price change for. Unless the unusual went by and sold 2 times for 50 keys we shouldnt be going into a solid price. Considering only 1 of the 2 sold means the price may be manipulated easily. Sure its a cool effect but not worth a whole price change because the new owner wants to get their money's worth.

No. This is the only one that has sold in a while. I havent really checked but havent seen any new sellers. I can check the history check items attained but id do that in a hour.

If it is the only sale indate then that is the only data point which means yes, this is the correct value. You can claim otherwise if you have sales to back it up.

This Unusual has not sold in 3 years and this is the first time it does. so i think the whole 2 in existence thing isn't really that big of a deal

Lol why y'all arguing about it? It is a correct suggestion and will be accepted. The reason why it has been left open for over a month is because mods are waiting to see if a new sale would happen.

If you want to make a suggestion from a outdated unusual from 3 years ago, you may as well look at other sales through the past 3 years before making such a big price increase.

Comments are generally used for corrections or new sales, so when people start posting memes or start spouting complaints, it gets pooped on.

Then again, I think a lot of people also play the game of "Money see, Monkey do". So it really could just be a sense of mob mentality.

Its been over a month, why hasn't this been accepted?

I believe it has something to do with the buyer of the hat is now reselling full price. Aditionally, it often takes 1-2 months for suggestions to be accepted.

Given that there are no other sales on this hat I'll accept this suggestion seeing as it's better than current.
