These two sales are right next to each other and have no other sales. I don't know why the suggestion wasn't put back up. Although the 40 key sale is out of date, this makes more sense thinking about the time frame these two sales occurred.

I closed it for some reason relating to the other Medi Gun if I remember right. That or something related to a worse wear of the same skin. A month passed between these sales, so I feel you can eliminate 40.
