Bp.tf: 1 buy order at 24 ref, and 3 buy orders at 23 ref, 1 sold July 29 for 21 ref


Steam market: 20 sold recently for $1.14 (38 ref) (after taxes the amount you get from selling is pretty close to suggested price)


18 ref is obviously an outdated price being 11 months old

And seeing that there are 4 buy orders for 23-24 ref you should have no problem selling/ buying for that price
