That said; This should IMO never have been made so soon after new crate update. It should really be Rule on a cooldown period before suggesting on new items, but thats for others to decide.

The bottle cap wasn't affected by the glitch, and I sold my strange scorching one for ~130 in mixed.

Items bought on SCM can't be traded for a week, that has nothing to do with glitch!

The little you provided was a screen of a sale from SCM Jul 27..

This hat in suggestion was traded 2 days later so under normal circumstances it couldn't be this hat that sold on SCM.

And bout your Strange.. No trace of it or a sale in your bp(that I could find) and no suggestion made, so why would you mention price?

Did you buy it from SCM? Was it tradable right away? I have no clue how or why it would be relevant to this other than that. ...Congrats maybe? or.. idk.
