That was around the time the clean one was listed. It hasn't been for the past 3 years, so this is probably fine.

We have typically based those calls on whether the owner is an active member of the tf2 community. It's not fair to collectors to drop off dupes just because they intend to keep their hat. Having said that, the clean owner clearly is no longer active on steam, much less tf2

Two in existence, two listed, both are dupes.

This would make an exception, another example would be the Misty Skull Brainiac Hairpiece, 1 of 1 and duped.

This hat is mass duped. Way more than 2 copies. Seems like at least 5. And there is a clean copy as noted above in an inactive user's bp.
