Pretty sure the mp sale was quicksell, but don't quote me on that since idk if the price was at $115 the whole time or not. Also were the buyorders below 63 keys during my purchase? I thought they were higher (I know at one point there were some at 67, but may have been later)

How do you know the 64 sale wasn't a quickbuy? I would pay that in pure, personally

Likely that it got quicksold before being resold to Apoq.

Bit unfortunate I can't provide any bot.tf listings since there were none at the time.

But yeah like I said, probably best to wait for a new sale especially since these sales continue to get older and become outdated in about a month's time.
