The sell value is clearly 11.88 ref, whereas the buy value becomes a bit tricky.

There is a large majority being bought at either 11.88, 10.66 or 11.77 ref,

therefore I went to look at the very recent buys, in the last 24h, whereas 11.88 ref clearly has the majority of sales in there,

BUT there are alot of buys at 10.66, which is odd.

Because of that, looking at the current state of the buy orders of the classifieds, it's clear that the majority of buy orders are now at 11.77 (page 1 https://gyazo.com/f740692249f2c8eb9acdbe1d94f4d141 and page 2 https://gyazo.com/bc10d059aa991879af6f273da19efd4e), therefore suggesting it at 11.77-11.88 ref.

Yes, this price range is a bit tricky, but the current backpack.tf price is higher than the actual current value of the item, whereas this suggestion will definitely be a closer match.
