Give in the fact that recent sales on the Fez (61 pure/62 pure/75 pure/ Indate Scorching Sack at 42 + 4k + 36 in items --> 82) indicate a lower price, with the hat going outdated soon aswell AND the fact that the Batter's side added keys, this would be too low. Sadly no other sale was traced.

So there we have all sales on this history: 85 / 85 / 48ish all happening in just under 3-4 days.

So it's in the range.
