Sale at 165. Seller at 160.
Taking 160-165 keys.
It still struggles to sell at 160 by another seller - it's probably best to wait for another sale here.
To be fair, the newer seller is quite poorly bumped at 160. But I shall wait for a new sale regardless.
It still shows that 2/3 owners were willing to sell at 160.
By waiting for another sale in this context I mean leaving outdated for now/closing the suggestion, though it seems the coldsnap may give you a viable alternative.
Yeah, that part I got.
So I could call 165 high here, while making the coldsnap 125 with the other sale there, and use that price over here to update this at 125 as well, correct?
That could work. Given the particular situation I would also not mind rounding down the sale here instead of rounding up, and still set that as a high end, to still capture the data point.
Yeah, that makes sense. Thanks, will be resuggesting then.
