Buy order at 10 keys for any effects in classifieds, so sale 1 excluded

New price: 27 keys

I dont think a buyer at 10 says that 13 is an outlier; plenty of hats priced around 13 have buyers at 10.

With these sales I'd leave this unpriced for now.
