Dropping Crown with a single sale sounds too extreme, as there are other sellers, dropping this with a single sale may also be too extreme, so imma be waiting for new sale(s) to happen on the Crown to get more data points. At the most this suggestion will be up for a month.

The crown definitely supports a drop, but it may be an indication that 70 flat may be on the low side. Its likely that that'll sell in the nearby future seeing how many there are on the market, so I agree with keeping an eye out on those
