Worth noting two new sellers for 22 and 24.

Bomber has sold twice for 17 keys in the last 90 days from bot.tf and selling for 24 so idk
both of those sales on bot.tf are Quicksells. You are gonna have to provide some actual sales for the Bomber. Give 5 sales. Take one from MPTf, and find four others. Yes, you don't know. But you can find out.
All the sales I've found are way above 24 or at 17, and theres an unsold for 24 from bots on classifieds so :/
looks like the sellers sold or delisted, I'd check bot.tf and try and track down those hats, see if they did sell.

oh sorry, theres a misunderstanding here. I was talking about new sellers of the Law for 21, 22, and 24 keys. they've all delisted, so you should check through bot.tf if they sold or nah...
as for the bomber, it maybe best to try a full suggestion, and use only sales from after the Crate Depression, which would be August 1st to today. Even if you can't make a suggestion, it's useful to see if it should be used here, used on the bomber, or if the bomber is too unstable.
More support:
N&B is now 27 (supporting drop as dead presidents is one of the lowest tier effects) ~ 8 exist
G fetti is 29 recently ~ 14 exist
Planets law is recently 31.5 ~ 7 exist
So this dead presidents law with 61 in existence should definitely be lowered
Given the circumstances it's probably better to formally update the bomber and give this a low end with that. multiple lower sellers popped up over time.
As said, the bomber will need to be looked at for this. Current sellers indicate even this may be high, and the bomber sale would be able to set an appropriate low end.
