Foamy's Part:

Impressive amount of work but anything that wasnt pure is really poorly displayed here (like I dont know whether or not they were used or considered etc).

On the range - I think 7 will be too low here. There are several (currently hidden/idle) buyers at and slightly above 7. Based on the sale summary I would probably also exclude 11 and 12; the vast majority of the sales here is at 8-9. It's a slight change, but one that will make the range a bit more bearable here.
