I can see why.
The only sale I found (looking at all of the history)
Sold for 1 bud (and around 2 keys in hats) all the way back on July 13, 2014 (other sales seem to have been through paypal/trading to friends or alts.

That equates to around 275 keys in todays economy I believe (mainly based this off the price of other effects)
