Summary:

While quite a few sellers that have been unsold for awhile under 68, it's hard to ignore the quantity of sales in the price region. Including the mature seller at 48 in the range.

Final Price: 48 - 68 keys

Seller at 48 sold for 42 pure, gonna resuggest.

Input on range, should I drop the sales at 60+ or not?

Sold for $68(~38 Keys using 1.8 value) and $89.10(~49 Keys using 1.81 value)

38 would be a low outlier, looks like it sold fairly quick too: https://backpack.tf/item/3847517977

So we have sales at 38, 42, 49, 52, 65, 68 and 68. I think you should go with 42-49 given that these two are the most recent sales. This means we'd have to exclude 52+, but if this were to be suggested today, you wouldn't even be considering looking at these sales at all.

So 42-49 should work given the circumstances at hand.
