It needs a price update, hasn't had one for two years

The rest of the sales seem to be mostly untrackable through bots, and the other owners of this hat haven't sold it in years.

Therefore, this hat should be around 11-12 keys.

Your second sale is 10 Keys + 34 Refined, not 11 Keys + 33 Refined, but it also went to a scrap.tf bot. Sales to scrap.tf aren't valid to use as primary proof.

They help to show a market trend (the price should drop), but they aren't the best sales to use in a range.
