16.6 flat it is. Comments and feedback are especially welcome, this was my first Collector's and Non-unusual suggestion after all.
above 10 keys you round up/down to a full keys value so this should be 17 keys
Mods themselves advised me to round to 16.6 keys. Like I said this is new territory and I trust a mods word more even though your point may or may not be true :)
But there are other Collector's weapons above 10 keys priced at f.e. 11.2 for the Sun on a Stick, Collector'S Sandvich at 10-12.2 and more.
well you can't price an unusual at 16.6 keys so I don't understand why mods would let it be different for collector weapons, but it's up to them I guess
Personally I would also be in favor of rounding to nearest integers for items of this value; accepting here since it seems to have been done at mod's advice here.
