it stayed in his bp until it was tradable ( https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198112281935#!/compare/1567728000/1567814400 ) and you bought it very quickly from mp.tf so that would rule anyone's possible argument out that the steam sale could/should be used. there is another one for sale at the moment though. so this may stay open for a while
