Overall, the 13 key “sale” probably was gambling or something outside the trade window, the old guat price should actually be 96 keys (mini below) , which leaves the 90 pure sale and a sale for 101 keys (guat repriced). After rounding through bp.tf rules, this hat is worth 90-100 keys.
