Overall, the 13 key “sale” probably was gambling or something outside the trade window, the old guat price should actually be 96 keys (mini below) , which leaves the 90 pure sale and a sale for 101 keys (guat repriced). After rounding through bp.tf rules, this hat is worth 90-100 keys, but according to said rules the guat sale doesn’t count and is only a reference (proving this sells for around 90), meaning the only sale is for 90 pure.

Advised not to use the Guad sale because based off a trade involving duped and outdated Unus. Better use of this pure trade for pricing the Guad.

Your sale at 13 is the one Blaze commented. It's ~60 Keys, not the full 84. You can exclude that sale for being low.
