39 key sale is an outlier, also whats with that 37?

37 comes from nowhere, also this range is pretty wide

The first sale was made with 21 pure, and an unusual suggested to be at 18 keys. I thought it wouldn't hurt to give the minimum price some leeway, and make it the same as the previous suggestion, because the value of the 18 key unusual is not exactly set in stone.

Price of the unusual is in-date, so you should use 18 for it, if it was outdated, you'd have to create a mini for it rather than do what you did.

Im psure the first sale would be a low outlier in this case

The sales here are too discrepant in my eyes; based on the comment above this one, 70 feels really high, so i would just leave this outdated.
