He said it was 200 keys + Aus Stickybomb Launcher, but he says he got it from Gon, not from Arbiter.

So that means Arbiter sold it to Gon at some point, and Gon/Killua does have a buy order for Demonflame Hallmark. I'm friends with both these users so I'll ask them for some screenshots and post them when I can.
