Harvest Moon Cowl has no other minis.

If I use this SCM sale to price the Harvest Moon Cowl, then the Cowl ends up being around 130 keys. Which is right next to quickbuyers.

I won't update the Cowl with this price, but I'll still update the Liquid Asset with it.
