As is the case with most skins, the only price is people who bought it once. There's not really a set market on these like with unusual hats. Especially with unusual skins, the market on skins is "whoever happens to be selling it at that moment" combined with "whoever happens to be shopping at that moment". On skins like these, where they aren't unusual or "rare" (like a Ghost Town FN or another Assassin grade FN) or "valuable" (just another Assassin grade paint, but it's only Minimal Wear... you get what I'm saying), there's no set market on it other than putting fake barriers around their appearance or tier/grade.

I'm saying that even though Electroshocked looks like garbage, it's still Elite Grade. Haunted Ghosts, subjectively 10 times better, is Mercenary.

So there isn't really an expected price on skins. It's really just who happens to buy it at one point.

I remember a similar situation like this where even though the item was sold for a low price, the suggestion passed because it was the buyer who wanted the item priced.
