Very unsure about this suggestion. Don't know if I should take a range or not.
Help is very appreciated and happy to resuggest if needed.

Sale #2:

220$
Not sure how to price using mannco sales, but average key price today on the site is 1.67$
220/1.67=132
120 using mp.tf key price
The mullet was listed today and the seller already had an offer of 225$ that would be paid in a few hours. https://i.imgur.com/C1bqqz3.png
Basically would've sold twice the same day it was listed for this price if that was possible. Seems low to me for that reason.

Taking 250???
Just to clarify for mods
It got sold for a real proce
Then I guess it got scammed
Scammer dumped on mannco and bought by the suggester
As I see it, 250 is a valid sale and $220 is a quicksell. Unfortunate that it got scammed though...
Correct, and yeah, it's sad to see hats get scammed.
Am I right in counting the $220 as a quicksell?
Yes, it definitely sold for low very fast. Since you are reselling it, this suggestion may stay up a while as the moderators wait for sales, but it shouldn’t be a problem.
Dunno how mannco works but you take key prices from the day it was sold.
For example, August 420th a hat was sold, I go to the key prices on August 420th and I divide what the hat sold for by the key price that day.
250 doesn't seem bad but I feel like it'd need more sales to support that price. 130 key jump because of one sale doesn't seem right.
Yes, however the thing I was unsure of was which key price to use. The one on mannco or marketplace?
Also If it was anything other that a full pure sale I’d be inclined to agree with you. Though Im getting multiple offers per day so I cant imagine it will take too long to sell so we’ll just have to wait and see. Dont think it can hurt to keep this up in the meantime.
Just as a heads up, since you use it as a reason to exclude the cash sale:
It is extremely unlikely that this person had a legitimate offer of 225 seeing how eager he was willing to take less than that, and seeing how he even seemed to have had it listed lower. Especially seeing who the seller is it was probably just a way to trick you into thinking it had higher selling potential.
Maybe. I cant really know, thats just what he told me. He first listed it for 210-220 not sure, relisted it for 230, because of the buyer (according to him) thats why i added him to ask if he could go lower.
Nevertheless, I think with the past sale at 250 pure and the offers Ive gotten since buying, 120-130 seems awfully low.
I think waiting for me to sell it would be best honestly, to see what the common price point is.
