Calling sale 1 an outlier, as it sold close to 50% above buyout. Going with 70 flat.
If one is so far above the buyout, should there be a deciding 3rd sale, or is b/o cap the b/o cap regardless, and then 70-80?

Well, it didn't sell fast under that buyout, so its definitely an outlier.
Probably a situation where I would have been more conservative on the drop and included 80 in the range. But I can't fault your reasoning - this will just get left up for some time for another sale to see if another one supports the high end sale.
Now if you gave this a range of 70-80, I would probably accept as is
Id rather leave this up until it hits like 28 day mark and then resuggest or something, yeah.

Seems to have sold with 68 keys for a clean Cloudy Moon Charmer's Chapeau, which would bring Pencil to ~82 keys. Guess ill go 70-80 afterall?
